More than 30 years of prestige
Logra's background dates back more than half a century, when our founder expressed a deep interest in developing a unique and innovative multimodal system in Mexico for bulk cargo arriving at the country's ports. To achieve this, he integrated all the links in the logistics supply chain to obtain unsurpassed efficiency.
In the 1980s, the Yucatan-based multimodal company moved cargo in Mexico's main ports with its own Mexican-flagged shipping line and continually challenged difficulties and inefficiencies at the ports,
To continuously achieve the development of its ambitious goal and integrate efficiencies to the bulk logistics chain, it even required the modernization of the port system in Mexico for the inclusion of private companies.
Years later, with an exemplary process between government, union and private parties, the first contract for private investment in ports in the country was awarded to Multisur. To date, the company has worked actively and continuously in other Mexican and foreign ports to develop Logra.
